Position Summary
Get ready for an exciting adventure as a Life Enrichment Rockstar! Youll be the creative genius behind our residents daily dose of joy laughter and engagement. Your mission To sprinkle magic into every moment ensuring our lovely seniors are living their best lives!
Your Exciting Daily Adventures:
- Be the ultimate cheerleader guiding residents through our fun-filled daily programs with enthusiasm and pizzazz!
- Transform into a friendly reminder fairy helping residents remember meeting times and gathering spots. Be their personal stylist for exciting excursions and special events!
- Channel your inner party planner to create irresistible programs thatll have residents jumping (or gently swaying) for joy!
- Flex those creative muscles to design monthly calendars and quarterly newsletters thatll knock everyones socks off!
- Put on your detective hat and observe residents needs desires and responses. Share your insights with the manager to keep the fun train rolling!
- Become a brain gym coach assisting with cognitive testing in the most entertaining way possible!
- Be a superhero sidekick to family members offering support with a smile and a wink!
- Embrace your inner knowledge sponge soaking up all the training goodness your manager throws your way!

Qualifications :
Are you ready to join our league of extraordinary Life Enrichment Superheroes Heres what youll need in your utility belt:
Dementia Whisperer: At least one year of experience working with individuals living with Dementia. Youre practically a mind-reading wizard!
Brain Booster: An Associate degree or a mix of education and certification in Dementia services is our preferred superpower. But dont worry your experience might be just as magical!
Positivity Powerhouse: Your enthusiasm should be so contagious even grumpy cats start smiling!
Flexibility Guru: You can twist turn and adapt faster than a chameleon on a disco floor!
Road Warrior: A Colorado drivers license in good standing. No need for a Batmobile but you should be ready to hit the road!
Team Player Extraordinaire: You work well independently but also shine in a team. Its like being a solo artist and part of an awesome band at the same time!
Linguistic Ninja: You can read write and speak English with the eloqueNAMEespeare and the coolness of a rap star!
