Get to Know the Role
As part of the Enterprise team at Grab For Business Thailand youll focus on farming existing and also acquiring new enterprise corporate clients building relationships with partners and using data-driven insights to increase growth. We are looking for sales skills and cross-functional collaboration to create impactful business solutions and exceed sales targets. You will report to Manager Grab for Business (Thailand) and work on site in Bangkok Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- New Logo Acquisition: Identify hunt and acquire enterprise clients in Thailand and across the Southeast Asian region. You can prospect a pipeline of deals and track performance against the given sales target. Work with partners to develop solutions that best address consumer needs while simultaneously meeting performance goals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and long-lasting relationships with our top corporate enterprise prospects and top brands through long-term planning handling objections asking the right questions and understanding their pain points while resolving them. Establish an understanding of the GrabForBusiness product and Grabs business solutions to service your clients better. Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects within the wider client organization for potential upselling opportunities.
- Data Analysis & Insights: With in-depth data analysis of your target market pipeline and business (using Salesforce Tableau LinkedIn and other sales tools) shape account-specific growth strategies solidifying Grab For Businesss position as a market leader. Present deal reviews and pipeline forecasts based on data-driven insights to provide a healthy pipeline and align with our goals.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelors Degree with at least 1 year of B2B Sales within a B2B SaaS enterprise or consulting environment (direct client-facing role) in Thailand.
- Proven track record as a solid sales performer in exceeding sales targets.
- An ambitious self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile Uncertain Complex Ambiguous) environment.
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with an ability to network with clients and within the Grab business.
- Coachable attitude and willing to learn about the GrabForBusiness platform Grabs multiple products processes and team members very fast.
- Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually explain their point of view.
- Has a deep desire to excel and develop a career in a high-growth tech startup. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM
- Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office Google Docs / Sheets / Slides)
