Job Description

  • Successful candidate is responsible to providing efficient O2C finance operation support including incoming payments allocated in order to support the timely and accurate management of the debt portfolio.
  • Require to have basic knowledge on O2C processes such as billing & invoicing and payment & receipting. Training will be provided to equip O2C knowledge to support customer inquiries.
  • Address and resolve any finance queries lodged pertaining to accounts within specific SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
  • Maintain open communication channels and keep detailed records of all our customer interactions 
  • Allocate all incoming payments correctly using remittance advice receipts if required by local legislation
  • Keep up to date with any marketing product finance or fraudulent activity to ensure that you are able to respond to queries
  • Handle hands on work and ad hoc assignments required by Supervisor and Manager
  • Collaborating with O2C Collection team and sales team to support O2C Collection activities where needed.
  • Contribute to the management of a portfolio of clients forming strong relationships with some of our key internal stakeholders as required including Sales & Customer Service to deliver outstanding customer support
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills will be a plus point.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in Credit Management or Finance highly regarded
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English highly desirable
  • Proven track record to effectively resolve customer issues while remaining cool calm and collected under pressure
  • Demonstrated capability to achieve critical metrics set by the organization
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills

Other Qualifications Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Working experience with Salesforce and Workday Financials desirable
  • Previous experience working collaboratively within Finance teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives with an eye for efficiency and streamlining processes
  • Previous exposure with the laws governing debt collection practices
