Job Description
We are looking for a colleague who would join the professional active courageous cool team of Ignitis Latvija and help us take care of renewable energy energy efficiency challenges. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Providing Excellent Customer Care
- Handling a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
- Assisting the sales team
- Answering customer inquiries and maintaining customer relationships
- Preparing documentation for public tenders
- Managing the invoicing process
- Overseeing the debtors process
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of customer care experience
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel Word)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Latvian and English as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners
- Experience in preparing documents for public tenders would be an advantage
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work both in a team and independently
- An accurate open-minded and responsible personality
