You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailADGA is hiring a Physical Security Operation Centre Supervisor to manage our banking clients Physical Securitys Incident Reporting Centre (IRC) based in the Greater Toronto Area (Downtown Toronto & Mississauga). This site is the current intake triage and escalation for physical security & life safety matters for our client in Canada Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Our goal is to increase the security maturity of our banking client by creating a best-in-class data driven intelligence led Global Physical Security Operations Centre (GSOC). We will employ a holistic proactive and risk-based approach to security operations by elevating the capabilities of three main areas: People Processes and Technology.
The Supervisor will manage IRC activities overnights weekends and holidays and is directly accountable for the effective and efficient management of third-party IRC staff. This role leads and develops a team responsible for 24/7 monitoring of threats and managing the tools and processes that protect our client against physical security threats. The Supervisor collaborates with various Global Physical Security (GPS) as well as other lines of business teams to help enhance the security posture of the organization.
