- Supervises Corporate Sales Team
- Handles the contracting of all companies.
- Makes local sales calls to the companies and travels abroad for participating travel fairs workshops roadshowsshowcases visiting international clients making presentations.
- Works in close cooperation with the Director of Banquet and Conventions and Front Office Manager.
- Implements all sales action plans
- Solicits group and individual business from all segments
- Submits weekly and monthly sales reports to the Director of Sales
- Plans sales trips together with DOS under the direct approval of the Director of Sales &
- Marketing to major marketing areas. Report sales trip results and on potential markets needing coverage.
- Conducts Familiarization Trips from the main markets in conjunction with Global Sales Offices Head Office Airlines as well as other sources.
- Works to exploit the new market and suggests them for the Marketing Plan.
- Keeps Sales Executive regularly informed on all policies procedures events present and future situations of the hotel.
- Promotes all special programs of the hote
Qualifications :
- Must have a genuine desire to satisfy the needs of hotel guests and meeting attendees while performing in a fast paced environment
- Must be extremely detail oriented organized and able to multi-task
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very good English Language knowledge (both written and verbal)
- Good general computer skills
