In this role you ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries and serve as a trusted partner for both internal teams and external providers. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You manage accurate and timely payroll processing with a focus on the French market
You ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems providers and internal processes
You collaborate closely with HR Finance and third-party providers to resolve complex payroll issues
You support the preparation of payroll reports audits and documentation for compliance
You serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees and HR teams
You assist with continuous improvement of payroll processes and support system updates and testing
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You bring 2 years of experience and strong expertise in French payroll processes and legislation
Education You hold a degree in Finance Accounting Human Resources or a related field
Technical Skills You are experienced in working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g. ADP Workday)
Attention to Detail You are highly organized and accurate in handling payroll data and documentation
Language You are fluent in French and English both written and verbal (Mandatory)
Soft Skills You are detail-oriented proactive and confident working cross-functionally in an international environment
