Business Development Manager

Novotel Sydney International Airport hotel features 271 accommodation rooms a 150 seat a la carte and buffet Restaurant a Lobby Bar & 11 Conference rooms attracting a wide range of leisure corporate and conference guests. As a busy hotel just outside of the International Airport we have the luxury of being surrounded by the greenery of Cahill Park and Kogarah Golf Course just along the Cooks River.
The Role
We are looking for a result orientated Sales professional with a proven history of business conversion to take this exciting role of Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible to establish grow and professionally develop business relationships and work with clients to unlock the full potential.
Qualifications :

The successful applicant should possess strong business relationships influencing ability and strategic thinker with the ability to develop strategic sales plans establish goals and objectives set performance targets and deliver projects on time. Strong presentation commercial and communication skills are must.
This position will allow you to work with a high degree of autonomy on your day to day schedule whilst also enjoying the support of a strong team network.

Parental Leave
As staff member you will receive 10 weeks paid parental leave at full salary for primary carer in addition to government-funded parental leave. Part-time and casual equivalent available on a pro-rata basis. In addition Continuation of superannuation payments while on paid parental leave will remain.
