As aFinal AssemblyTeam Leadyou are responsible for leading the final assembly process ensuring that products meet quality standards and are completed on schedule. Key Responsibilities - Lead the precision installation of mechanical and structural fixtures tailored for passenger trains.
- Lead the assembly team members to ensure they are following proper procedures and techniques
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are free of defects
- Develop continuous improvement strategies improving the assembly processes and increasing efficiency
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all assembly team members
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering and quality control to identify and resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on production progress and performance
- Attend management meetings to discuss production goals and strategies
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Experience in a leadership role preferred
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
