Are you ready to achieve great things with us The Final Assembly Team Lead (Electrical)isresponsible for leading the electrical final assembly process ensuring that products meet quality standards and are completed on schedule. Key Activities - Lead the precision installation of electrical and structural fixtures tailored for passenger trains.
- Lead the assembly team members to ensure they are following proper procedures and techniques
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are free of defects
- Develop continuous improvement strategies improving the assembly processes and increasing efficiency
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all assembly team members
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering and quality control to identify and resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on production progress and performance
- Attend management meetings to discuss production goals and strategies
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Experience in a leadership role preferred
- Business fluent in English
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
