Front Desk Representative

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) seeks a highly organized professional to work the front desk while assisting with day-to-day operations of the company. This individual will help to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency of the company while providing a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and multitasking skills to contribute to a productive workplace. The primary work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of general office support assignments.
• Greet visitors at the front desk and assist with the sign-in process.
• Answer all incoming calls and handle accordingly.
• Maintain office filing and storage systems by faxing scanning and copying documents.
• Monitor order and stock various office supplies.
• Assist with company event planning and implementation.
• Fulfill other requests as needed and assigned from other internal teams.
• Complete repetitive task requests weekly as well as miscellaneous tasks.
• May travel locally for work related pickups and events (mileage is reimbursed).

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school (or valid General Educational Development certificate).
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Computer proficiency and a high level of organization with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. (Microsoft Office Excel Word etc.)
• Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability and interest to work efficiently and independently.
• Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona WI.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior work experience in an office setting with computers or technology.
• Prior experience working in a customer facing role.
• Adept at managing and prioritizing multiple tasks while working independently as well as when working with other functional areas.
• Experience with hand tools and building maintenance is a plus.
