Job Description

Enterprise Business Development Manager (E-commerce / Payments / SaaS)
Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote) EMEA Region
Base: 80k-90K Commission Stock Options (OTE: 150k-200K)

Were looking for a commercially driven and ambitious Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our growing EMEA Sales team. In this strategic role youll be at the forefront of driving growth across some of the most recognizable names in retail and digital commerce enabling them to unlock new markets and revenue opportunities.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Lead the full sales lifecyclefrom discovery to closecollaborating with internal stakeholders such as Sales Development Executives Solutions Engineers and Partner Managers.

  • Build and manage a healthy high-value pipeline of large enterprise accounts in the UK and broader EMEA market.

  • Develop tailored proposals that clearly communicate ROI and commercial impact particularly within e-commerce payments and retail-tech verticals.

  • Conduct deep discovery into prospects cross-border strategies identifying optimization opportunities and translating them into high-impact solutions.

  • Negotiate complex commercial terms and close high-value multi-stakeholder deals.

  • Engage confidently with senior decision-makers including C-level executives through a consultative and value-based selling approach.

  • Consistently deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets with a clear command of forecasting and pipeline management.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years in a closing role with at least 4 years consistently closing net new business.

  • Demonstrated success in enterprise salesselling into large e-commerce brands digital-native businesses or companies leveraging global payment and logistics solutions.

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced agile tech environment (e.g. SaaS e-commerce platforms payment gateways or logistics providers).

  • Strong command of the UK/EMEA market and an existing network within the e-commerce retail tech or payment space is a major advantage.

  • Proven ability to build pipelines and close strategic deals exceeding six figures in value.

  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills particularly in client-facing presentations.

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple enterprise sales cycles concurrently.
