Job Description

Job Summary

Manage product listings budget/sales promotions on ecommerce platforms (redmart/shopee/FPonline etc) in Singapore for assigned brand and product ranges.

Note : Office will relocate to Lorong Chuan at the end of 2025.

General responsibilities

  • Responsible for eCommerce performance including sales availability pricing listings content listing ranking on-site visibility off-site traffic generation order management order fulfillment after-sales service

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and generate sales revenue on behalf of clients across e-retailers and marketplaces (via enabler)

  • Contribute to the optimization of eCommerce content and design

  • Assist in financial reconciliation and clear invoices in a timely fashion to ensure healthy AR and AP balances

  • Manages trade claims recovery from clients to minimize credit issues

  • Liaise with key enablers build relationships and network understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives

  • Bi-monthly performance updates key areas for improvement and forward plans.

  • Conduct business reviews and develop deep insights and actionable recommendations from post-evaluation analyses and incorporate into customer strategies

  • Manage inventory (ensure high fulfillment rate with customers) promotional mechanisms (e.g. discounts activation vouchers etc)

  • Work closely with internal support functions to ensure ecommerce customers are competitive promotions and new launch to be executed in a timely manner and stock fulfillment to achieve GMV and net sales targets (Internal Stakeholder management)

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as required

Skills and knowledge

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications

Soft skills

  • Dynamic self-motivated with excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills

  • Possess strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize well

Education

  • Degree in business related disciplines

Work experience

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferably from eCommerce enabler/platform/brand such as Shopee Redmart Foodpanda etc.
