To excel as a General Operational Office Assistant at Parzival Supports youll need a solid foundation of skills and experience. A Technical or School Diploma or GED is essential along with 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience demonstrating your proficiency in financial management. Familiarity with QuickBooks (Online System) and knowledge of HR compliance will be critical for ensuring smooth operations.
Proficiency in Google Office Workspace and Microsoft Office Workspace is required to efficiently manage tasks and communications. You must also possess a valid state drivers license and be able to communicate effectively using proper English grammar both orally and in writing. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills are vital for engaging with diverse individuals and staff professionally.
A proactive attitude ability to follow instructions and the physical capability to lift light to medium objects will contribute to your success in this role. Dependability and consistency in attendance are essential traits for this dynamic position.
