Job Description
Description of the role:
The Receptionist at Renn Kirby Gettysburg plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for our customers. They are responsible for greeting and assisting visitors answering phone calls scheduling service appointments and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate individuals
- Assist Service Department with scheduling and receiving payments for service appointments.
- Provide accurate and timely information to visitors and callers
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a neat and tidy reception area
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing data entry and organizing documents
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
