Job Description
MERCEDES-BENZ OF LOVELAND - GREETER/RECEPTIONIST - $17/Hour
We are seeking a personable professional front-desk person to create a Best-of-the Best customer experience. This position requires good phone etiquette dependability accurate data entry and the ability to multi-task. We offer training professional development and flexible hours.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00-7:00 pm (start time is flexible) and every other Saturday 9am-6pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones and greet customers.
- Data entry including new vehicle purchases and gas receipts.
- Create FedEx shipping labels.
- Sort and scan documents.
- Miscellaneous administration support.
- Maintain coffee machine and keep customer waiting areas clean and stocked.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be willing to work every other Saturday 9am-6pm.
- Experienced with Outlook andExcel.
- Able to enter data withaccuracy and pay attention to detail.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and pass a drug screen prior to employment.
Available Part-time Employee Benefits include:
