The Manager: Legal Recruitmentis responsible for providing support for all aspects of lateral experienced attorney (non-partner) recruitment for all U.S. offices. Assists the lateral recruitment team in developing a high performing talent acquisition strategy for experienced lateral hires. Serves as the lead in managing the Firms communications between the practices and their needs to the external talent market. Firm ambassador who develops strong relationships with practice leaders and external search firms and other sourcing contacts. Serves as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all aspects of experienced lateral recruiting.

The typical pay scale for this position is between $143400 and $189600 although the actual wage or salary could be lower or higher if the candidates education experience skills and internal pay alignment are different from those specified.
