The Instructional Coach will support the academic strategy and model that enables City Year sites to reach school and student outcome goals and consistently strive toward equity in the education system. Key outcomes for the Instructional Coach are: Create instructional learning experiences for AmeriCorps members (ACMs) and staff that build the skills and knowledge necessary to reach school and student outcome measures; Support and implement an inclusive & equitable academic strategy and model for the Tier One and Tier Two spaces that ensures we reach our student outcome measures in math and literacy; while incorporating our diversity belonging inclusivity and equity policy work; Serve as an active member of the CY community in order to advance the site and work toward the Long-Term Impact Strategy.Job Description
