Job Description
Required Competencies
- Expert in Agile and Scrum framework and its application in Product Development and delivery organization
- Ability to collaborate and influence with people at various levels domains and business lines
- Experience developing shared internal training & learning materials around Agile and product transformation
- Ability to mentor and coach using skills such as facilitation coaching and conflict management; executive coaching experience and ability to coach multiple teams across the product
- Ability to work across domains such as product management engineering and delivery
- Communicate technical challenges and impediments to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to understand challenges and guide individuals teams and H3S organization towards improvements
Required Skills
- Ability to evaluate organizational maturity and create a plan to improve it
- Ability to engage at the leadership level and influence the change agents/leaders
- Ability to problem solve and work through complex challenges
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong coaching and mentoring ability on an individual and team basis
- Ability to apply systems thinking to organizational improvements
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making measure the impact of agile and lean initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
