Work Location
Most work can be performed from home the position will entail regular stand up meetings either virtually or in-person in the DC Metro area to coordinate.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- BA in Instructional Design Education Training Development
- Graduate of a Certified Instructor / Curriculum Development Course from a military service
- Familiar with ADDIE
- PMP or Agile certification desired
- 5 or more years designing curricula IAW TRADOC 350-70 for SOF EW Cyber or UxS
- Former SOF senior enlisted (SFC/E-7 or above) WO 3 or above or Field Grade Officer (O-4 to O-6) - preferably from SF or JSOC
- Proficient with LMS platforms SCORM/xAPI curriculum mapping and Adult Learning Methodologies.
- Secret clearance minimum TS/SCI desired.
