Job Description

The Role

The Block Compliance Operations Learning Team creates net new training manages existing training and responds to audit requests associated with training for the Compliance Operations Organization. We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team who will focus on creating a variety of learning content. This will include Instructor Led Training E-Learning and other supporting materials.

You Will

  • Design and develop innovative engaging and effective learning solutions for compliance-related topics
  • Partner with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and create comprehensive learning strategies
  • Transform complex compliance regulations and procedures into clear accessible learning content
  • Create diverse learning materials including e-learning modules instructor-led training materials job aids and microlearning content
  • Ensure all training materials align with adult learning principles and organizational compliance standards
  • Maintain and update existing training materials to reflect current compliance requirements
  • Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE SAM etc.) to create structured learning experiences
  • Incorporate multimedia elements and interactive components to enhance engagement

You Have

  • 3 Years of Instructional Design experience including experience in financial services or regulatory compliance training
  • Familiarity with video production and editing tools
  • Experience authoring E-Learning content
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System
