Title: Sales Support Administrator

Location: Szczecin

Type: Full-time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our Area Sales team by ensuring excellence in administrative processes and data management. In this role you will play a key part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across our CRM ERP and MDM systemscontributing to improved data analysis operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. You will also provide a range of administrative support to help the Sales team operate smoothly and effectively.

What you will work on:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data for new and existing customers.

  • Manage vessel master data in collaboration with the Asset Management and Sales Support teams.

  • Conduct OFAC screening of customers in partnership with the Credit and Compliance teams.

  • Monitor and enhance the quality accuracy and completeness of customer data.

  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of sales communications and customer correspondence.

  • Assist with the registration and completion of supplier forms and customer portal requirements working closely with Sales HR Credit LCS and QHSSE teams.

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team within the designated sales area.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree preferred in sales or marketing

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Solid administrative and organizational abilities

  • Effective time management and prioritization skills

  • Proficient in MS Office CRM systems and Excel

  • Proactive accountable and results-driven

  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
