Job Description

Job Summary:
Ensure accurate timely and compliant processing of supplier invoices and payments in line with internal procedures deadlines Cambodian regulations (especially VAT) and audit requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Verify and record supplier invoices (VAT PO delivery match).
- Prepare and process payments (bank cheque cash).
- Handle supplier queries and keep database updated.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations (especially VAT).
- Support month-end closing and audits with reconciliations and documents.
Main Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- 2 years experience in a similar role preferably in retail or international company.
- Knowledge of VAT and local tax rules.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAP QuickBooks).
Good English and high integrity.
