Established in 2000 we are passionate about providing flexible tailored financial solutions to primary and post-farmgate producers and suppliers ranging from small family farming enterprises to large multinational operations.
In this Agribusiness Manager role you will:
- Develop and manage a portfolio ofagribusiness customers
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
- Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
- Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market
- Utilise your networks within pre-farmgate and post-farmgate local markets
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
- Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service
What you will bring:
- Drive and tenacity
- Experience in all aspects for financial analysis
- Passion for relationship management
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Agribusiness Banker role preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Agribusiness banking and/or credit assessment
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business or related discipline
