Job Description
The Marketing Strategist is responsible for gathering research and analysis together from various departments within Pearl Marketing Group (PMG) to create a marketing execution plan that includes recommendations based on past results data analysis market research client persona target market segment buying drivers and predictive analytics. Helps facilitate the development of an annual client marketing strategic plan and jointly leads Strategic Execution and Creative meetings in conjunction with the Creative Manager.
Your Impact:
- Strategically engage with clients to provide high-level marketing recommendations.
- Develop annual strategic plan and calendar deliverables in conjunction with PMG leadership including data analysis results reporting analytics recommendations scheduling on campaign drops.
- Communicate strategic objectives to internal team members to ensure projects are completed in alignment with strategy.
- Ensure team members are supplied with all information they need in order deliver work that is in alignment with strategy and on deadline.
- Participate in internal strategic meetings with client-specific teams.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Economics Statistics a related field of study or the equivalent combination of education and experience with all the following:
- 5 years of data analysis experience.
- 3 years of proven experience with database marketing customer segmentation and results analysis.
- 3 years working in a marketing setting involving customer behavior evaluation or scientific research.
- Must possess a strong understanding and application of statistical theory.
- Project management/coordination experience is desired.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization.

The expected salary range for this position is estimated between $51800 to $70000 plus discretionary bonus.
At One80 Intermediaries base pay is one part of our total compensation package which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical dental vision disability life and retirement savings and 10 days of paid time off and 11 paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
