The accountant position is accountable for the accounting operations of the department to include but not limited to the production of financial reports maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive system of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk enhance the accuracy of the companys reported financial results and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
*This position is eligible to participate in 2 hybrid work days per week but will need to be onsite for orientation. Hybrid work must be performed at a location within the state of Iowa and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment. Per policy work arrangements will be reviewed annually and must comply with theremote work program and related policiesandemployee travel policy when working at a remote location.
