KeyResponsibilities:
- Manageandsupervisethepayrollworkloadensuringconfidentialityandcompliancewithfederalandstatelaws.
- Processsemi-monthlyandmonthlymulti-statepayrollincludinghandlinggarnishmentsbenefitsandtaxes.
- SupervisePayrollCoordinatorsandtheirworkproducts.
- Analyzeandimproveexistingpoliciesandprocedures.
- Preparecomprehensivereportsonearningstaxesdeductionsandmore.
- Collaboratewiththetechnologyteamtoreviewandtestsystemupdates.
- Monitoraccurateupdatesfornewhirespromotionsandterminations.
- Supportinternalandexternalauditsrelatedtopayroll.
- Leadpayroll-relatedinitiativesandprojects.
- Upholdhighstandardsofconfidentialityandintegrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorsdegreeandequivalentexperiencerequired.
- Minimumof6yearsofexperiencepreferablyinaprofessionalservicesenvironment.
- CertifiedPayrollProfessional(CPP)preferred.
- Supervisoryexperiencerequired.
- Excellentcommunicationanalyticalandorganizationalskills.
