This position provides support for the small staff of Care Managers that make up the ICare and Student Support office. More specifically greeting those coming to the office answering and directing phone calls managing marketing and social media presence and other administrative duties as needed. ISS has a high confidentiality standard and requires OA staff to sign a confidentiality agreement outlining expectations. ISS works with students experiencing varying levels of mental health concerns that may include self-harm or suicidal ideation and significant substance use. This position requires strong attention to detail. Applicants should have strong customer service skills be tech-savvy and have a strong marketing and design sense. Applicants must be comfortable interacting with other students in a respectful and genial manner.
Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls taking detailed messages and answering questions from concerned parents/staff/faculty; greeting folks entering the office overseeing confidential paperwork needed by students meeting with one of our staff scanning and uploading confidential documentation monitoring the ISS email account monitoring the ISS social media presence designing and/or creating marketing content strategies &/or promotional material.
This position does not exceed 10 hours per week and does not involve weekend or evening hours. Our regular office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Accepting applications through Monday July 21st.
