Job Description
Group Leader: Before / After School Part-time
AlphaBEST: After School is where adventure begins!
At AlphaBEST our students are filled with curiosity and wonder! As their guide youll lead them through fun learning activities with plenty of support and training.
Location: Weld/Windsor Public Schools (Grandview Orchard Hill Skyview Range View Tozer Elementary schools)
Schedule: No weekends! Monday-Friday preferred shift times vary depending on location.
- AM shifts: 6:30 till 8:30/9:00am (depending on location)
- PM shifts: 2:00/3:00pm (depending on location) till 6:00pm
Heres what youll need:
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4)
- Your experience must be after you were 18 years or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
- Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
Pay & Benefits:
- $16.00/hour

As an AlphaBEST Guide youll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a group of student explorers through exciting adventures in fitness the arts technology and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers to ignite childrens sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
