DescriptionSafety Kleen in Houston TX is seeking a Field Services Operations Manager. Field Operations Manager provides coverage to branches that do not have a Branch Manager in place. Train New Branch Managers and provide on-going guidance and leadership. Assist with Operation Excellence projects as needed.

Responsibilities- Oversee region operations including overall sales & profitability incl.: 5%
- Drive business Goals in revenue achievement CSR placements and Pulls. 10%
- Ensure effective fleet and inventory management. 10%
- Drive improvements in on-time performance. 10%
- Coordinate with Area General Managers to ensure effective customer service delivery. 10%
- Ensure environmental health and safety compliance; assist with branch incident alert and spill response systems. 10%
- Support initiatives in Vac and Oil programs. 10%
- Assist Finance in preparing branch sales forecast and budget. 5%
- Assist in the performance management of all service employees in the region through coaching and developing branch and market operations management. 30% Other Duties as Assigned
QualificationsEducation/Experience: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree Business Administration/Related required
Experience: 5 to 7 years Alternative: Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Previous branch or operations management.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities/Competencies
Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Strong Time Management skills
Ability to work within a group or on your own
Travel >75%
