Job Title: IT Senior Systems Admin/Active Director Wage/Hour Status: Exempt
Reports to: Network Software MGR Pay Grade: Tech Pay Grade 05

Primary Purpose:
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelors degree or certifications preferred but not required.
3 years minimum experience.
Special Knowledge Skills:
Broad based IT knowledge with systems administration focus
High level knowledge of Windows server active directory and Exchange.
Ability to identify and provide solutions to systems issues based on customer input.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to act as a team lead as it relates to the administration of servers.
Strong service-oriented personality.
Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
An ability to learn new technologies and assimilate new information quickly.
Strong problem solving and logical analysis skills.
Experience:
Experience in Server 2022 VMware or other virtualization; DNS DHCP and other server related services.
Experience with Active Directory/Account Management
Experience with O365 and scripts
Experience with MDM software
Experience in load balancing appliances.
Experience in creating and troubleshooting AD policies.
Experience with content filters.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Must work to ensure servers are implemented maintained and highly available.
Configure and support network operating centers environment consisting of over 200 servers
Maintain software updates on all servers.
Manage user rights in Active Directory
Manage rights on file and print servers
Manage MDM platform.
Act as a technical resource to other departments and team members.
Maintain a variety of appliance based servers.
Maintain/troubleshoot servers.
Maintain/troubleshoot the content filter.
Work to maintain high availability of servers.
Perform forensic documentation when necessary.
