Job Description

Title: Maintenance Supervisor Voids

Contract Type: FTC until August 2026 Full Time 35 hours

Salary: 40649 per annum to 44825 per annum (London weighted salary) dependant on experience

Reporting Office: London Stratford

Persona: Agile 1 2 days office attendance required.

Working Pattern: Monday Friday 09:00 17:00

Closing Date: 21st July 2025 - 23:00

Role Profile - Maintenance Supervisor -


Join our Maintenance Services Team at L&Q:


Maintenance Services are looking for an experienced people managerto fill the role ofaMaintenance Supervisor covering South and Southwest including Brixton Peckham Lambeth Southwark and surrounding areas. With the primary responsibility focusing on voids delivery voids management and voids surveying. You will be required as part of your duties to manage and liaise with contractors. The role reports directly to the Area Voids Manager of the area you are assigned to you will be part of an experienced supervisory team.

Your impact in the role:


The successful post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day running of void repairs pre-inspections post inspections compliance and WIP all in line with the standard and KPIs.


You should be confident to give advice and instruction to contractors and operatives on complexed jobs and hard fixes. You will be responsible for interacting and engaging with managers stakeholders from other areas of the business. You will liaise with the Neighbourhood and caretaking teams as well as contact centre and other supervisors to ensure consistency in service delivery.


You will be confident in managing contractors meeting regularlywith the commercial team and reporting any relevant information on performance to them.
