As aBusiness Analyst youll play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare at Bupa Global. Youll work across business and IT teams to help deliver change that really matters from improving customer journeys to supporting strategic transformation. Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst youll:
- Work with business and IT stakeholders to define the scope and requirements for change initiatives.
- Use workshops and other techniques to map current and future business processes (using BPMN).
- Translate business needs into clear actionable user stories and requirements.
- Support Agile delivery teams by acting as a proxy Product Owner when needed.
- Help define solution options that align with our tech strategy and business goals.
- Make sure non-functional requirements are captured and considered.
- Support business readiness and adoption of new processes and systems.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Promote a customer-first mindset and drive innovation within the Business Analysis team.
What Were Looking For
Were looking for someone whos curious collaborative and confident working in a fast-paced environment. Youll need:
- Proven experience in business and process analysis on complex projects (up to 3m).
- Strong knowledge of BPMN Agile (Scrum) and tools like MS Visio Azure DevOps UML and Kanban.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A structured strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Ideally a degree-level qualification and/or BCS Advanced Diploma (or equivalent).
- Experience in regulated financial services or insurance is a bonus but not essential.
