The bigger picture

Were looking for an agile and passionate individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills to come on board as our temporary full-time Financial Services Supervisor at our branch in Humboldt Saskatchewan. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting developing coaching and empowering a team of Financial Services Representatives (FSRs) who will in turn deliver a world-class experience to our valued members. This leadership role will be responsible to support the locations of: Cudworth Lanigan Humboldt and Wakaw. Travel will be required.

How youll be spending your time

• Leading a team of Financial Services Representatives (frontline tellers)
• Helping the team achieve personal departmental and organizational goals
• Providing regular and ongoing observational coaching assisting with goal setting and conducting performance reviews for all team members
• Actively participating in the development monitoring and adherence to Conexus targets goals and budgets

The experience you bring

• High School Diploma
• 2 years experience working in a Financial Institution or sales environment
• Leadership experience would be an asset

Salary and Hourly Range

• $56540 - $70670 with 7% Short Term Incentive Target
