Role Overview
Reporting into the General Manager this Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for strategically growing client relationships by cross-selling and upselling the businesss range of service offerings. On a monthly basis youll lead revenue reporting and contribute to national growth planning. Weekly youll collaborate with operations to identify client expansion opportunities and tailor service solutions. Daily youll engage directly with clients uncover needs and drive new business conversations.
This role plays a critical part in accelerating growth across a fast-moving Facilities Management business. Youll be the bridge between service capability and client demand. Deepening relationships unlocking new revenue streams and influencing commercial outcomes. Its a high-impact opportunity to shape strategy and make your mark in a business primed for scale.
Responsibilities
Candidate Profile
You have a solid understanding of facilities management and trade services with over 3 years of experience in sales customer-facing roles and relationship management. Personable and confident you have a proven track record of building trusted client relationships delivering service excellence and driving client retention and revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
You thrive in fast-paced energetic and collaborative team environments and bring a genuine passion for client service. Resilient and self-motivated you take initiative adapt quickly to challenges and remain focused on achieving outcomes that contribute to long-term client satisfaction and business success.
