As part of our global team you will:
- Act as a trusted partner to clients delivering outstanding daily support that drives adoption satisfaction and long-term value.
- Develop deep expertise in Corastones financial services technology to guide clients through usage troubleshooting and integration.
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to communicate needs guide feature development and shape the product roadmap.
- Provide actionable product feedback to engineering and operations grounded in real-world client use cases and workflows.
- Collaborate with the technology team to ensure new features are thoughtfully designed thoroughly tested and aligned with client needs.
- Support sales and marketing teams with operational insights demos and technical guidance.
- Build and maintain API collections for client demos testing and proof-of-concept use cases.
- Generate and manage test data using internal and client data models to support development and QA efforts.
- Ensure seamless onboarding integration and ongoing engagement for new and existing clients.
- Champion the client experience across the entire journey resolving issues with empathy speed and technical precision.
- Create and maintain documentation playbooks and guides that support client workflows integrations and best practices.
- Lead investigations during critical incidents coordinating with Engineering CX SRE and other teams to reach resolution.
- Identify areas for improvement across processes and products helping reduce support load and enhance scalability.
- Take ownership of complex tasks drawing on your judgment technical acumen and client insight to drive results.
About you:
- Bachelors Degree with no previous professional experience or 3 years of relevant work experience ideally in financial services or a related industry.
- Eager to deepen your understanding of financial markets with a genuine interest in the private markets space.
- Proactive high-energy mindset with a passion for solving problems and delivering meaningful value to clients.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced evolving environment you thrive amid ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
- Clear and confident communicator both written and verbal with the ability to tailor technical information to different audiences.
- Technically curious; experience with JavaScript or similar languages is a plus.
- Self-aware and collaborative you know when to ask questions seek support and engage others to reach the best solution.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time independently including during low-urgency periods.
- Demonstrates sound judgment professionalism and the highest level of integrity especially when working with confidential or sensitive information.
- Committed to continuous learning personal development and improving both client outcomes and internal processes.
- AWS certifications or exposure to cloud platforms is a plus.
