About the Opportunity
The Associate Dean Learning and Teaching Performance Sciences and Engineering is a pivotal full-time academic leadership role within the University driving excellence in teaching and learning across disciplines. As a key member of the Academic Divisions Leadership Team the role fosters integration between Academic Units supports strategic initiatives to enhance course quality and student success and leads collaborative teaching innovations with internal and external partners. With a strong focus on employability outcomes and continuous improvement the Associate Dean also plays a central role in shaping new educational offerings and building teaching capability across the institution. The position includes up to 0.2 FTE for Research Supervision or Scholarship in a relevant discipline. Applications are welcome from people from a relevant disciplinary background including those from outside the Sciences and Engineering cluster.
