Job Description
Part-Time Reconciliation Associate (Temporary)
Were looking for a detailed analytical and positive reconciliation associate to join our fast-paced team on a temporary part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diving into the details solving reconciliation puzzles and collaborating across teams.
What Youll Do:
- Perform daily bank account reconciliations for an assigned group of hotels
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues promptly
- Communicate regularly with both hotel teams and the financial accounting department
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation
Who You Are:
- Curious and analytical with a keen eye for detail
- Able to adapt to different work styles and personalities
- Motivated and self-directed with strong time-management skills
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping (preferred)
- Associate Degree in Accounting (preferred)
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel (a plus)
