Position Overview Business Development Specialist (BDS):Are you a skilled sales professional with a passion for Precision Manufacturing We are seeking qualified candidates for an Inside Sales Representative role (BDS) who thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment. In this role as a Business Development Specialist (BDS) you will connect with decision-makers across industries such as aerospace defense medical devices automotive and industrial manufacturing - identifying new selling opportunities and closing impactful deals. The ideal candidate must have previous B2B sales experience be a self-starter competitive driven articulate thoughtful and have experience speaking to all levels of management and closing sales. A strong track record in Precision Machining sales is essential along with the ability to think strategically and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities:
Find new opportunities and build the sales pipeline through strategic prospect management cold-calling and emailing.
Qualify prospects in terms of their needs goals and business environment.
Coordinate with clients to align their requirements with prospects to provide opportunities to quote.
Track all activities through our CRM (Zoho) to create a weekly report providing details of insights conversations and pipeline highlights.
Requirements:
5 years ofbusiness development and sales hunting experience in the engineering industrial and/or manufacturing industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exemplary professionalism are required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Must be able to work independently and be highly motivated.

This role has a negotiable salary range of$50000 - $100000 per year paid on an hourly basis.
