The Bid Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the end-to-end bid process for strategic pursuits across the defence sector. This position works closely with Bid Managers subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to coordinate high-quality compliant and compelling responses to Expressions of Interest (EOIs) Invitations to Respond (ITRs) Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Tender (RFTs).
The role supports the development of winning bids by maintaining bid schedules managing collaboration platforms preparing professional submissions and ensuring consistency with corporate brand and governance standards.

A defence security clearance is required for this role applicants will be required to hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1/NV2 level. Information including past and present nationality and citizenship may be requested to check eligibility for access to materials controlled under various export control regimes including ITAR.
This position has a requirement to undertake interstate travel if needed
