Role Description:
is seeking a skilled Technology Manager to join our Sales Effectiveness team. Sales Effectiveness oversees a broad range of functions including implementing coaching and training programs establishing standardized sales practices and business processes implementing efficiency tools and working cross-functionally with marketing product and IT teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As part of the Sales Effectiveness team you will be responsible for proactively identifying areas for improvement in sales team effectiveness and efficiency and then researching implementing and managing technical tools and solutions to drive efficiency and revenue growth identifying opportunities for automation and the use of technology to improve processes coordinating with IT to adapt internal technology to best support the sales go-to-market approach and owning the strategy for getting the most benefit out of our existing technical infrastructure. Youll identify ways to make the sales team more effective and efficient at scale leveraging process design and technology strategies (e.g. AI introduction CRM improvements).

Skills and Abilities:
Eagerness to gain in-depth product and market knowledge to inform decision-making as well as in-depth knowledge on the sales process and go to market approach to identify improvements
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales IT Marketing Product and external vendors
Experience in fast-paced high-growth environments where you have successfully led initiatives to drive measurable outcomes
Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and executives to communicate project updates results and recommendations
Strong problem-solving skills
Process design and documentation for sales and servicing
Ability to leverage data insights and team best practices to design actionable solutions

Key Responsibilities:
Own the lifecycle of sales technology tools including CRM integrations enablement platforms automation tools and AI-powered solutions
Identify gaps and recommend new tools or enhancements that improve sales workflows productivity and reporting
Manage relationships with third party tool vendors and internal teams such as IT product and marketing to ensure smooth implementation maintenance and troubleshooting
Build or improve automated processes that reduce manual effort for the sales team
Stay ahead of emerging trends in sales tech automation and AI; drive adoption of relevant innovations
Lead initiatives from strategy phase through execution including defining objectives success criteria and outcome metrics design of solutions change management education and implementation
Manage project timelines including holding internal teams and stakeholders accountable for deadlines clear input and direction
Regularly communicate progress on projects and tasks promptly flagging any potential risks or challenges and seek clarification as needed to foster an open line of communication and collaboration
Analyze current operations to identify areas for improvement applying process improvement and problem-solving strategies. Develop and implement solutions which may include improvement of existing technical infrastructure implementation of a new solution or other innovation to existing workflows
Develop and deliver high-quality documentation presentations and other materials to support initiatives tailored to specific audiences
Bring creative ideas to brainstorming sessions and ad-hoc projects
Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of new programs and initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College
A track record of commitment to prior employers
3 years of experience in sales enablement operations product management sales or consulting or related field with a focus on sales technology
Hands-on experience with sales tools such as Salesforce Gong Outreach or similar platforms
Understanding of process automation integrations and AI-powered tools in a sales context
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with large sales or operational teams in high-growth settings
Experience leading technology implementation projects
Experience integrating multiple sales and marketing systems (e.g. CRM enablement platforms)
Exposure to AI-powered tools used in sales workflows (e.g. conversational intelligence automated follow-ups lead scoring)
Certification in Salesforce HubSpot or other major sales platforms
Understanding of data governance tool administration and security best practices
Previous experience partnering closely with IT and vendor partners to manage user experience integrations and business requirements
Working knowledge of APIs data syncing and technical troubleshooting (no coding but technical fluency is a plus)
Detail-oriented and able to execute multiple projects at various stages of development
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects based on urgency
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
Excellent time management communication and organizational skills
