Job Title: Project Manager - Civil and Built Infrastructure

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure projects in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have extensive local experience and a strong background in managing complex construction initiatives including airport MTR bridge road drainage and building works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion ensuring compliance with quality safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies and contractors.
- Oversee project planning budgeting scheduling and resource allocation.
- Implement digital and automated systems for efficient project management.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts promptly.
- Mentor project team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Engineer status with HKIE (MICE or MIStructE) is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of post-chartered experience in large-scale infrastructure projects particularly in airport and MTR environments.
- Proven experience in bridge road drainage and building construction works.
- Local experience in Hong Kong is essential; HKID holder preferred.
- Familiarity with digital and automated system management is highly advantageous.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and engage with stakeholders.
