Position Overview
PTS Advance is seeking a Customer Outreach Support professional to assist our clients design and construction teams on overhead and underground powerline projects. The initial focus will be on NJUNS (National Joint Utilities Notification System) report verificationan assignment involving coordination of utility data document verification and customer information systems. This role will support communication between the client internal teams and external stakeholders while managing documentation through a variety of platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Duties will vary by assignment and may include the following:
Provide project information and materials to outreach specialists
Research public records and customer databases to determine property and ownership information
Prepare send and track easement documents
Manage written correspondence through client systems
Use GIS tools and mapping programs for location verification
Utilize Bluebeam and Excel for document viewing tracking and reporting
Enter and verify project data in SharePoint and other systems
Support verification of existing electrical equipment in project areas
Review project designs and report inconsistencies
Track and report progress through weekly or monthly production updates
Communicate clearly with internal teams customers and client representatives
Follow company safety procedures and contribute to a safety-first culture
Ensure information security and confidentiality
Meet weekly objectives and optimize productivity based on priorities set by management
Minimum Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
Experience with GIS tools; mapping proficiency required
Comfortable working in platforms like SharePoint and Bluebeam
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Basic understanding of process flows and workflow tools
Quick to learn new software and systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Home office setup with a quiet professional environment
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing
Frequent use of a computer and standard office equipment
Additional Requirements
Must pass a drug screening and driving record check

An Excel skills test will be administered during the hiring process
About the NJUNS Assignment The initial project centers around NJUNS a coordination platform for managing utility pole sharing and infrastructure use. Familiarity with utility workflows is helpful but not required. Training will be provided on all necessary systems and tools.
