Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in data migration and customer communication management. The ideal candidate will bring domain expertise in life insurance platforms leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data migration projects ensuring data integrity and minimal business disruption
- Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance customer experience and engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams in the life insurance domain
- Monitor project timelines deliverables and dependencies using agile/hybrid methodologies
- Prepare and present status updates risk assessments and action plans to executive teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in project management including client-facing roles
- Demonstrated success in managing data migration initiatives from legacy systems
- Expertise in life insurance platforms and associated business processes
- Strong analytical communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel as needed and work autonomously in a remote setup
