About the Role
You will be the go-to person for setting up new joiners accounts across essential platforms like Microsoft 365 Clockify ClickUp and many other internal tools. Your role will also include managing equipment handovers repairs and returns ensuring all laptops and devices are ready and secure. You will oversee access management for new joiners and exiting employees to maintain security and operational continuity.
Additionally you will support automation initiatives to streamline internal processes and provide technical assistance for HR tools ATS systems CRMs and other platforms we use daily.
What Youll Be Doing
- Set up user accounts and access permissions for new employees on Microsoft 365 Clockify ClickUp and other internal systems.
- Manage equipment logistics including handovers returns repairs and inventory tracking.
- Prepare laptops and devices for new joiners ensuring all software and access permissions are correctly configured.
- Revoke or adjust access for employees who leave the company maintaining security protocols.
- Support automation of internal workflows to improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR platforms ATS CRM and other software tools.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Maintain documentation of processes systems access and equipment inventory.
