In this role you will:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email addressing a wide range of topics including product information order status vehicle inquiries and technical support.
- Provide accurate and timely information on our diverse portfolio of vehicles including features specifications pricing and available options.
- Assist customers with locating dealers navigating our website and understanding connected services and infotainment features.
- Investigate customer issues conduct research using internal resources and effectively resolve concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and data in our CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Fluency (verbal and written) in Dutch and very good English language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using computers and experience in CRM systems.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
