Job Title: PGT Teacher (For All Subjects)
Location: India (On-Site)
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans for diverse subjects in accordance with school curriculum.

- Assess student performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and address any concerns.
- Monitor and document student progress adapting lessons as necessary to meet individual learning needs.
- Maintain records of student attendance grades and assessments.
- Stay updated with educational trends and best practices in teaching.
- Foster a culture of respect and responsibility among students.
- Participate in school meetings workshops and training sessions as required.
- Manage classroom behaviors effectively implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Education or relevant subject area.
- Teaching certification or license as per local regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
