Job Title: PGT Teacher (For All Subjects)
Location: India (On-Site)
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans for diverse subjects in accordance with school curriculum.
- Facilitate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and engagement.
- Assess student performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Utilize innovative teaching techniques and technology to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive education strategy.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and address any concerns.
- Monitor and document student progress adapting lessons as necessary to meet individual learning needs.
- Maintain records of student attendance grades and assessments.
- Stay updated with educational trends and best practices in teaching.
- Foster a culture of respect and responsibility among students.
- Participate in school meetings workshops and training sessions as required.
- Manage classroom behaviors effectively implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.
- Assist in extracurricular activities and support holistic student development.
- Promote a safe and secure learning environment for all students.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Education or relevant subject area.
- Teaching certification or license as per local regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and assessment methods.
- Proficient in using educational technology and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in teaching methods.
- Proven ability to engage and motivate students.
- Capability to handle classroom management effectively.
