Maintenance Supervisor

Where you will work:
Planta Aguascalientes On site
What youll do:
Monitor critical molding/thermoplastics machinery processes throughout the day
Analyze the 80-20 and verify the actions taken
Manage immediate response to extraordinary or uncontrolled situations related to machinery
Evaluate technicians KPIs
Supervise and support the maintenance team of technicians in their activities
What is required:
Engineering bachelors degree in related to Electrical Electronic Mechatronic Industrial Engineering and/or Mechanical disciplines.
Advanced English skills.
At least 3-5 years of experience managing people.
Knowledge in Polyurethane and Mechatronics.
