Account Manager
Location: Remote (South Africa preferred)
Compensation: $1500 $2500 / month (based on experience)
Industry: Automotive Services / Client Success
Schedule: Full-time Monday Friday (U.S. EST hours overlap required)
About the Role
We re looking for an energetic and client-centric Account Manager to oversee onboarding relationship management and client performance for a growing automotive service brand.
You ll serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts ensuring each client gets a premium experience from kick-off to recurring performance check-ins. If you re organized personable and thrive on delivering results and clear communication we want you on the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and guide them through the activation process
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison between clients and internal teams
- Proactively manage client communications performance reporting and issue resolution
- Maintain CRM data call logs and action trackers
- Spot upsell or improvement opportunities and communicate them to sales or leadership
- Collaborate closely with sales creative and operations teams to ensure excellent outcomes
- Host regular check-ins to maintain alignment retention and client satisfaction
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2 4 years in an account management or client success role (preferably B2C or service-based)
- Excellent English communication both written and verbal
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a bias toward ownership
- Customer-obsessed mindset always looking to go the extra mile
- Comfortable in GoHighLvl (non-neg) & ClickUp -
- Confident hosting client calls presentations and resolving issues proactively
- Bonus: experience in local service businesses or marketing agencies
