Financial Systems Administrator
Available: July 2025

We re looking for a Finance Systems Administrator who thrives at the intersection of accounting technology and continuous improvement. You ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing financial reporting and planning tools that support a global manufacturer known for doing right by its people and the planet.
If you have 2 years of accounting finance or audit experience and eager to dive deeper into systems or already familiar with platforms like OneStream or Business Central this role offers you the chance to grow in a stable collaborative environment that prioritizes values over ego.
What You ll Do
You ll work closely with senior financial leadership to support core financial systems and help streamline the reporting budgeting and consolidation processes that guide strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining financial systems (OneStream Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Supporting period-end closings budget/forecast cycles and reporting integrity
- Managing metadata master data and user access
- Creating and optimizing reports dashboards and system processes
- Partnering with teams across accounting FP&A and IT to solve challenges and improve workflows
- Acting as a key liaison between finance users and third-party vendors
You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
- Have 2 years in accounting financial analysis audit or related experience
- Enjoy digging into systems and processes not just numbers
- Excel at working collaboratively and communicating with cross-functional teams
- Are curious tech-inclined and motivated to learn
- Are familiar with or eager to learn tools like Power BI OneStream or Business Central
(Experience with financial systems or reporting tools is a plus but we ll train the right person who s motivated and ready to grow.

Compensation will range to $80000 annual discretionary bonus
