Job Description

Administer and support the Service Portfolio Management (SPM) module within the ITSM platform
Ensure accurate configuration data integrity and proper user access management
Support integrations between SPM and related ITSM/PPM modules
Provide first-line support issue resolution and troubleshooting for SPM-related inquiries
Collaborate with IT stakeholders to enhance service delivery and portfolio visibility
Apply strong domain knowledge in IT Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) within the context of SPM
Support demand management service lifecycle tracking and service value realization
Align services with strategic business priorities and ensure governance across the service portfolio
